1. WHAT TYPES OF SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

Anything that can be installed in a vehicle related to the electronics or electrical component of the vehicle. This includes control systems, camera systems, alarm system, GPS tracking system, onboard device monitoring systems etc etc

2. WHAT AREAS DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES TO?

We currently provide services in Sydney as an onsite solution service, however we are currently working on deploying nationwide service centres to cater for large deployment projects

3. WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER AUTO ELECTRICIAN?

We don’t simply fix electrical problems. We provide installation services to cater for large scale deployments. We specialise in on board control systems and telematics systems. We also provide products which are uniquely catered for the remote monitoring of any type of onboard control system.

4. WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY TRACKING DATA?

Each accounts location data is stored seperately with a randomly generated maximum protection password that only the system can make use of. We will never view your data unless given express permission by the account holder. The period of time that your data remains on our servers is dependant on the client, and if the service is terminated, we will remove all data.

5. WHAT IF MY DRIVER SPEEDS OR GOES OUTSIDE THE GEOFENCE AND I AM NOT AT MY COMPUTER?

You can receive alerts to your mobile phone specifying the alert and location. For speeding alerts, our system will notify you of the vehicle name and the speed it was travelling over the pre-determined alert speed. If a Geo Fence is broken, by entering or exiting it, our system will notify you within seconds by both e-mail and/or SMS.
